How it works

It's as easy as 1-2-3! 

It’s really easy!  Sign up as a BrightBuyz member on our website.  One of our sales team in our area will call you for an appointment.

Once our sales guy/girl has made contact with you, they will generally come and see you in your home at a time convenient to you and will show you the products that are available to you, give you a catalogue or email you one. They can help you fill out any forms and then they will send the order along with your details and Bank details back to head office.

Our salespeople may also be in your area door knocking, so they will make themselves known to you and they are required to show you their company ID Number.

Payments

Layby period's are 13 weeks, 26 weeks, 40 weeks and 52 weeks. Select the period that best suits your budget.

Payments can be made by automatic payment authority, direct debit, direct credit (If you are making payments with direct credit you must include the contract number so we can match your payment up)

Membership Rewards

Introduce a friend or family member and once they have paid for their goods we will give you 10 reward points which you can redeem for discounts on our goods or use them as part-deposits on your next layby. For our Reward scheme details visit our members section.

New Orders/Repeat Orders

If you wish to order more goods, you can either contact the salesperson that helped you on your first order or you can order on line by emailing us the product code, your client code and the term you want the laybuy over and we will work through the details and send you a new layby contract. It’s that simple!!.

Delivery of goods

Once your final payment has been received, goods will be delivered between 5 to 14 days.

If the goods are delayed due to supply issues or out of stock, we will contact you to organise replacement product/s
